SOMATIC SPIRITUAL HEALING

PHILOSOPHY

Presence: Healing occurs when we allow ourselves to fully feel and witness what is alive within us in order to alchemize it. 

Energy: Emotions and thoughts are forms of energy. When processed and aligned, they become tools for transformation.

Mind-Body Connection: Aligning with your body’s wisdom allows you to step out of reactive patterns and into authentic living.

​Wholeness: You are not broken—this process is about returning to the wholeness that already exists within you through shedding stuck energy, trauma, conditioning, programming, and belief systems that do not serve you.

As a spiritual somatic healer, my work centers on helping individuals from young kids to older adults reconnect with their bodies, regulate their emotions, and align with their higher selves. Together, we embark on a deeply personal journey that combines somatic awareness, spiritual alignment, and healing practices to nurture the mind, body, and soul.

 

Each session is tailored to meet you where you are, focusing on your unique needs and goals. Using a blend of intuitive techniques, channeling, body-based practices, and spiritual tools, I help you create a foundation of self-awareness, resilience, and balance that promotes healing and transformation.

1.    Somatics: Reconnecting with the Body

    •    Develop body awareness through interoception (inner sensations), exteroception (sensory awareness), and proprioception (body in space).

    •    Learn to anchor yourself in the present moment through grounding exercises & mindful movement.

    •    Reclaim a sense of safety and presence within your body.

    

2.    Emotional Regulation and Self-Regulation

    •    Understand triggers, emotional patterns, and how to respond (knowledge from the body) rather than react (conditioning from the head/logic).

    •    Build a toolbox of techniques to calm the nervous system and process emotions safely.

    •    Reframe overwhelming experiences into manageable ones, cultivating resilience.

 

3.    Higher Self Alignment and Intuition Building

    •    Deepen your connection with your higher self, listening to your true guidance and wisdom.

    •    Strengthen your intuition as a compass for decision-making and self-trust.

    •    Explore spiritual practices that bring you closer to your authentic essence.

 

4.    Healing Through Movement and Energy

    •    Use movement to release stored tension and reconnect with vitality.

    •    Practice energy work with hands, food, water, and spaces to amplify intention and healing.

    •    Incorporate mindfulness and rituals into daily life to create sacred moments.

 

5.    Trauma-Sensitive Practices

    •    Address trauma with care, recognizing it as an experience that overwhelms the system.

    •    Create safety by holding space for emotions to surface without judgment or rush.

    •    Focus on increasing your body’s capacity to hold regulated, high-vibrational energy.

    •    Act as a mirror, reflecting what arises and guiding you deeper into your truth.

    •    Encourage you to lead your journey, honoring your intuition and unique path.

    •    Support you in creating balance, harmony, and alignment between your mind, body, and spirit.​

The phoenix symbolizes transformation, rebirth, and spiritual awakening. It represents the ability to rise from challenges, shedding old layers to emerge renewed and stronger. Associated with fire, it signifies purification and the journey toward enlightenment, embodying resilience and the power to transcend adversity.

About Me

Therapy has always been a familiar presence in my life. As a high-performance athlete for over a decade, I endured physical and mental demands that required constant regulation although I was not yet equipped with suchtools to regulate myself. My home environment, marked by instability, combined with years of toxic coaching, created layers of stress and emotional upheaval. I battled debilitating health challenges that persisted until I discovered spirituality and learned to alchemize my energy.

 

For years, my body was trapped in a perpetual state of fight-or-flight, wreaking havoc on my system. While traditional talk therapy provided conscious awareness and insights, it often felt like I was reliving my past with each session—caught in the stories that shaped my feelings and behaviors instead of transforming upward and shifting to a higher state. Although I made meaningful progress in setting boundaries and understanding healthier relationships, I found myself yearning for deeper, more transformative healing where I could truly shed all that was holding me back from integrating my higher self.

 

It wasn’t until my spiritual awakening that I began peeling back the layers of conditioning—childhood wounds, societal expectations, cultural norms—and learned how to shift my energy at its core. This wasn’t just about acquiring knowledge through talking and using logic; it was about embodying it in my body. By integrating awareness into my body and spirit, I finally broke free from old patterns, opening the door to a new chapter of growth and vitality.

 

This transformative journey inspired me to develop a practice that goes beyond the limits of traditional talk therapy. Influenced by my facilitator education from the Somatic Institute for Women, sessions of traditional talk therapy, and years of working with my spiritual mentor Annette Aviles as well as other healers, my work combines somatic spiritual guidance—a unique intersection of talk therapy, somatic practices, and spirituality with the goal of helping humanity heal. Together, we address not just the stories or symptoms but the energy underlying them, tapping into the innate power and wisdom already within you so that you may heal yourself. 

 

We are all extraordinary beings, often weighed down by layers of conditioning and programming. My role is to help you rediscover your true essence and reconnect with the parts of yourself that long to thrive and be found once again. Through guided practices and deeper self-inquiry, I aim to help you clear what no longer serves you, embody the transformation, and rise like a phoenix into your fullest potential. Everything you need is already within—you simply need the tools to re-access it. Let’s uncover that together.

Healing Touch x Chakra Balancing: a 30 minute holistic energy healing session that combines gentle, intentional hand movements with focused energy work to restore balance and harmony in the body’s energy field. By clearing blockages and aligning the seven chakras, this service promotes physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
